C. NSO Birth Certificate Original (for first time applicants) - NSO-certified copy must be obtained within past 12 months from date of application date - Old NSO copies will not be accepted - Exempted if applicant has old/used Japan Visa and must not have a guarantor
D. NSO Marriage Contract Original (for first-time applicants & if applicant is married) - NSO-certified copy must be obtained within past 12 months from date of application date - Old NSO copies will not be accepted - Exempted if applicant has old/used Japan Visa and must not have a Sponsor
(Steps on how to get an updated NSO documents) - Visit www.ecensus.com.ph - Fill out their online application form - Fees PHP 315 per copy - birth/marriage/death certificates - Processing period and delivery will take 3-9 days after payment

If you wish to apply for a Multiple Entry visa, kindly fill-in this Multiple Entry Visa Request and state your reason why you are applying for a Multiple Entry Visa.
NOTE: All Application Form, Authorization Letters and Guarantee Letter must be printed on A4 size bond paper. Used of correction tape / liquid is not advisable, you may use a double line if you need to correct or erase any wrong information.
If via LRT train, exit pedro gil station, and go towards the direction of Robinson's Mall Manila, then turn left at Jorge Bocobo Street. Our office will be to your right and above the BDO bank branch.
If driving, from Pedro Gil, note that Jorge Bocobo is a one way street; therefore turn right at Maria Orosa Street or Adriatico Street, and make another turn at Gen Malvar St to reach Jorge Bocobo.
B. SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS VIA COURIER
1. Visit the courier service near you 2. Fill-out the sticker or pouch that they will give you 3. Pay the courie service fee 4. call or e-mail us once you've sent the documents
* If you prefer for your passport to be sent back via courier, kindly inform your preferred courier service provider that you'd like to attach a return pouch for your documents.
STEP 5 - PAY THE VISA FEE

STEP 6 - WAIT FOR THE VISA TO BE PROCESSED
PROCESSING TIME 5 - 7 working days (for those who have visas of OECD member countries) 7 - 10 working days (for those who do not have visas of OECD member countries)
Visa approval is not guaranteed and is still under the final discretion of the consul.
Visa application time indicated is based on average application time. It is not guaranteed and may be delayed if additional documents are required by the embassy.
Do not purchase your tickets before your visas are issued and approved. International Journeys will not be liable for any unused travel products in the case of visa denial.
International Journeys will not accept visa application with departure date scheduled within 3 weeks from the date of submission.
